JVC Investlesprom: Anton Zavalkovskiy has been elected as General director

On February, 2, 2012 , the board of directors of JVC “Investlesprom” discharged Oleg Arminen from the duties of general director of the company in accordance with his written request. Anton (Grigorjevich) Zavalkovskiy was elected as general director pro tempore since February, 3, 2012 .
The head of directors also made the decision to summon extraordinary JVC “Investlesprom” shareholders’ meeting on February, 24, 2012. The issue of JVC “Investlesprom” sole executive body formation is included in the agenda of the meeting.
