Priority project of Federal status

During the next stage of reconstruction Investlesprom Group, which “Sokolsky DOK” is the part of, intends to become the biggest wood glued products manufacturer in Russia( including wood houses) and to reach absolute leadership in affordable housing sector. While remaining a big player in the Russian regional markets , the Group is planning to enter export market of glued constructional materials and wood houses.

The plans are to reach annual volume of house building materials of 103 226 m2 total area and over 80 thos. m3 of glued beams. JSC “Sokolsky DOK” wasn’t chosen by accident. Exactly this enterprise was the first in Russia to start glued beams manufacture. This enterprise’s specialists built unique buildings: Father’s Christmas house in Veliky Ustug, riding school in Moscow area. According to the order of Russian Trade and Industry Ministry of Russia № 245 dt. 29.03.2010, JSC “Sokolsky DOK” reconstruction project is included in the list of priority projects in the sphere of forest development.
