Important issues connected with economical and environmentally efficient pulp, paper, energy and biofuel production were discussed at the 2-days summit Pulp, Paper, Power & Biofuels, organized by Honeywell company on December 21–22, 2011 in Helsinki.
Honeywell is one of the leading multisectoral industrial and technological corporations, engaged in different spheres of activity, including paper manufacture, printing branch and energetics. Representatives of pulp-and- paper industry, paper and board manufactures from different countries of the world took part in the summit. ...Sergey Malkov’s, technical development director of “Pulp-paper production” Division of Investlesprom Group of companies, speech about Russian forest biomass utilization was of great interest to the conference participants. «Investlesprom» is the largest integrated forest industry structure uniting over 60 enterprises of forest, woodwork and timber , pulp-and-paper industries, as well as paper packaging companies. The Group’s plants are located in several regions of Russia (Republic of Karelia, Kirov, Vologda, Archangelsk, Tomsk regions, Perm krai) and some European countries.
