LLC “Investlesprom-lesozagotovka» consolidating timber enterprises of JVS “Investlesprom”

A new company will be established step by step. As for now the first stage has been completed- SLZK was renamed into “Investlesprom -lesozagotovka» and Karelian branch of a new company was founded. After that Archangel’sk and Vologda branches will be established. All statutory guarantees and indemnity are provided for the staff during reorganization. The company will be presided by the Department including several subdivisions. Directors of regional branches are to take control over economical activity. - Enterprises located in three regions where the company engaged in felling activity are consolidated into one legal entity, which is to carry out all “Investlesprom”s timber cutting score of work,- Oleg Schubin, “Forest resources” Division Harvesting director, pointed out. – Anyway, we have been working as one team within “Forest resources” Division , but were divided into six legal entities. This consolidation will secure de-jure de facto balance. The main competitive advantage of “ILP -lesozagotovka" will be improvement of production resources maneuverability.
