 From now on qualitative compressed air of desired stable pressure will be supplied trouble-free for sacks and consumer packaging manufacture, to flexography department , it will lead to considerable costs reduction. Necessity of own compressor plants purchasing was not new. All technological equipment of the enterprise require compressed air and its quality, stable provision is very important for production process, especially when machines work at high speed. According to flowchart LLC “Segezha Packaging” is the end user of compressed air supplied by Segezha PPM ( also part of Investlesprom group). It happened that emergencies at the mill caused disfunction right up to stoppage of equipment and production lines, Astraflex flexographic machine and “Triumph” packs making machine.
