The project of records management automatisation is completed at LLC “Segezha Packaging”

By the start of the project sub-system of book-accounting and tax accounting was already used at the enterprise, which allowed to provide management company with necessary accountability according to requirements. Next task, that faced the company’s management, was to improve management quality at the expense of automatisation and optimization of operative profile business-processes. It was necessary to get in time trustworthy information to make detailed analysis of the enterprise’s economical activity and to come to right managerial decisions. The following business processes were automated during the project implementation :

• Purchase management;

• Sales management;

• Inventory management ;

• Production management.

Customers’ big interest in positive results of the work and their great support should be mentioned. Within the project implementation some 30 % of the scale of work were done by customer’s IT –specialists , which favored the success , and also helped to train LLC “Segezha packaging” employees for new system further exploiting.
