NLC Building - one of the largest Russian supplier of wooden houses. Production base the company is Sokolsky woodworking plant. Its always been known for high technology equipment and professional staff.

NLC House building works in accordance with international standards, the FSC has been certified to FSC SW-COC-004181, and the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), whose task is to preserve and develop forest biological diversity. Marking FSC means that all parts of wooden houses have formal origin of the specific areas of certified forests, and the chain of production from these forests through the various stages of processing is uninterrupted and traceable throughout the supply chain. FSC logo is famous and respected throughout the world. World total 135 million hectares of forests certified in t.ch.23 million hectares in Russia. Completed Projects

Forest Ville - a place for recreation as a metropolis in the summer, during the holidays and winter. The village is located in a forest near the reservoir in close proximity to the ski resorts of Moscow region. 19 houses of timber frame and 18 are solved in the same architectural style and are leased for permanent residence.

West Home - a modern housing estate on the shores of the Caspian Sea, located near the city of Aktau. Projects frame houses have been specially designed to meet the climatic characteristics of the region.

Istra Country Club - the union of several housing estates in urban amenities and a central communications, stretching on an area of 200 hectares. This large-scale project build over 300 houses from glued beams in a single building.

Redizentsiya Wave - Small town of 18 respectable suburban house, which was placed in a mixed forest on the banks of the Istra reservoir.

Ozerná village - a village business class, located along the shoreline Ozerninskogo reservoir in the Ruza district. The village is surrounded on three sides by a continuous forest and and become environmentally friendly (Ecovillage-2006).

Vitro Country - holiday village in a picturesque corner near Zvenigorod, located at the boundary of protected forest on the riverbank. For the village was designed and built homes ranging from 170 to 250 m2.

Santa Claus House in Great Ustyug - a unique project a total area of 900 m2, which includes a beautiful wooden tower, museum, shops, post office and souvenir shop.
