Segezhsky LDK is situated in Segezha town in Karelia. Its history began in 40s of XX century. From time to time it joined the structure of Segezha PPM but at present time it is a separate enterprise specializing at export sawn-timber output.

Segezhsky LDK is a modern enterprise passed through several stages of modernization: in 1982 a modern drying, conversion and bunching complex; in 1988 there was made a decision to purchase new well-known equipment of «Springer Maschinenfabrik AG» (Germany) and «Linck» (Germany).

In 1993 after start adjusting works completion Segezhsky LDK became the leader of North-West region of Russia in the field of sawmilling.

Products of Segezhsky LDK is well-known in England, France, Belgium, Holland, Hetherlands, Germany, Italy and many other countries.
