History

LPK Kipelovo was founded in 1996 in Vologda town. In 2001 entered the holding “National Forest Industry company” (NLK) of “Sputnik” investment group and became managing company of wood harvesting. LPK Kipelovo has six affiliates and carries out operating management of wood harvesting enterprises in Vologda and Arkhangelsk regions. At the end of July, 2007 LPK Kipelovo as a part of NLK entered CJVC “Investlesprom” holding.
