Disagreements with SLZK began later when due to lack of management resources the company could not duly monitor biotopes identification process. In the course of auditorial checks in 2008-2009 SPOK found a number of inconsistencies and incompleteness in this matter. Moreover during further inspection the issue of barely disturbed forests detection became sharper. IN 2007 SPOK found a new old-age area nearby Maslozero lake where the company estimated to implement felling and had already constructed a road for that. The isolation of this area from felling became an arena for hard negotiations during which SPOK turned from “ideal partner” into “active opposition”.

However during long disputes and discussions there was found a compromise acceptable for both parties. But along with holding’s territories extension there were found more and more “controversial” areas.
