Within its program “Novye dachi” (new cottages) buyers are offered houses with basic area 87 sq.m. that are built on to 175 sq.m. The growth of usable area is made due to additional modules built on if necessary. “Modules of growth” principally change the technology of house’s architecture and provide for redevelopment. Minimum development step is only 12,5 sq.m.
“Framework construction technology assumes the availability of an external structure of glued beam house that lets to change the size of existing rooms.
