“Russian Forest” is a large scale activity contributing to implementation of forest industry sector stabilization and development programs. Within this exhibition-trade fair there are activities encouraging development of business and partner relationships between enterprises of the industry: products demonstration of forest, pulp & paper and woodworking industry, wood complex equipment and facility presentation; acquaintance with Vologda region enterprises’ operation, timber and wood processing technologies, experience exchange, organization of business seminars and “round tables” for forest industry development issues discussion with involvement of Russian and foreign participants; new timber machinery samples demonstration; All-Russian research-and-practice conference organization.
